If you had an unsatisfactory service from AAA Duty or didn’t have a chance to take the services after requesting them but, due to some issue, cancelled them, you may be eligible for a refund from AAA Duty.

AAA DUTY REFUND POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with our AAA Duty services, you are not eligible for a refund; rather, you can use the app rating and review system to address the issue if it has occurred.
All refunds are investigated by AAA DUTY and determined by case-by-case basis.
AAA DUTY CANCELLATION POLICY
The customers can cancel the services at any time.
If a customer booked a request for any service with AAA Duty after receiving confirmation of the request, and cancels their service within a 2-minute period of time, they are eligible for refund policy, but the service charges and cancellation charges will be deducted, rather than the remaining amount being credited to them back.
WHAT IS THE AAA DUE REFUNDS PROCESS?
1.Report the issue- you can report the problem and share your experience with the service.Our customer service can review your dispute once it is submitted.
2.Refund policy- AAA DUTY will review each case and determine whether the particular issue falls under the correct parameter of a refund or not.
3.Refund received- Once a refund is accepted by AAA DUTY, it can take up to five business days for the refund to be delivered to the selected UPI IDs.
